This is what I mean by evil shit. This woman over a decade ago was down on her luck and made a porn vid. She went on to be a military cop and then graduated college to become a teacher. Some how this shit came back to bite her and they're letting her go because of it.

I don't give a shit if she made ten porn vids, if she's turned over a new leaf why drag this shit in the mud? I hope a lawyer takes her case and stomps that school district flat.

It's hateful, spiteful shit like this what makes the world suck.

Like it or not, the vast majority of the public simply dont understand that if you work in porn or, have worked in porn, you arent some kind of kiddy fiddler or depraved sicko.

The same is true for the content models working today, as i said earlier, who is to say that many of them wont get fired from 'regular' jobs the second their bosses find out? Better still, how many of them even thought about the repurcussions of their actions?

You are EXACTLY right. This is all going on just about 35 miles from me and I have to tell you, they are treating this poor woman like she did it last week in front of the class or some shit. It is just plain fucking stupid what they are doing to her. AND to top it off, this place where she is, in Paducah? People seem to fail to grasp a few basic rules.

1. It is ok for people to view porn as long as nobody admits it or gets caught doing it. Then you are a raving pervert.

2. If you make or produce porn you are a woman exploiter and someone of very low social character. You are a professional pervert and take advantage of people.

3. If you are in a porn you either made a very naive choice in your life, was tricked and or lured into it by booze and drugs, were lied to buy some money hungry no morals pornographer, or your tape was for private home use only for a loved one and somebody "stole" it. Regardless you are a whore for life.

4. Nobody who views porn, makes porn, or stars in porn shall be allowed around children. You are a potential pedo in societies eyes no matter what, even if you only get off on granny porn.

5. Touch porn in any public way and it will stick with you for life. Someone somewhere will find it, drag it up, and it will be held against you at some point.

Seriously, this is called living with the consequences of your decisions. And no, its not the shutterbug's fault, either. And she shouldnt get to sue the school district, either. She made the choice to pull her pants down and take the cash for doing so. And every employer has the right to hire or not hire, retain or not retain an employee for any reason they see fit.

What you have to understand though, this is a Commonwealth State and right smack in the middle of the Bible Belt, so they pretty well make up their laws as they go along and they do as they damn well please here. I HOPE she gets herself a good lawyer, but it isn't likely she will. If she does, good for her, and she should, but it may come down to her just wanting it to go away as it usually is around here.

My only holdup on this one is that she did it years ago before she started teaching, she didn't break any laws, she didn't commit any hidious crimes or anything like that, she posed in a porn flick, SO WHAT! Now if she did it WHILE she was a teacher, then I'd have a completely different opinion about it, but she did it a long time ago, and I haven't read the "Teacher's Handbook" but I doubt it says in there that they can't have taken their clothes off at any time in their lives previous to accepting this job. This would only apply to "right to work" jobs. Not union. Since teachers have their state and federal unions. They also have a code of conduct, contract, and employee handbooks.

Since she is most likely covered by a contract, then your assessment would be wrong. So the union, and her lawyers will have a case.

It would depend IF they have one in there, and how it's worded. Something someone did 10 years ago that's not against the law would not nessesarily fall under this.

What it does is leave an open door to interpretation. And that, will come down to the court or jury.
