what is the exact definition of a "webmaster"?
btw, i am a newbie T-T

a person who master the web, or like "today", a person who takes care of websites

Not all webmasters are the same, so if looking or marketing the specifics are important.

Some webmasters can include programmers, graphic designers, and/or flash designers.

The requirement is that you can actaully manage a web-site which isn't a big requirement but many programmers, graphic designers, and flash designers can't actually run or post a fully functional website.

Some web masters use out of the box solutions and know very little so if highly custom ecommerce is needed you need a better than average web master.

Webmaster usually has a big cock:)
