I bet they will be expensive as hell. Your not even going to get a chance to look at your server since it's going to be stuck in a dark cabinet. Maybe could go visit it once in a while but that's it.

mac osx is actually based on the bsd kernel... I'd bet that it is pretty darn stable without the gui.
