What happens when the connection between you and the server is crap, or the server is overloaded? I hate pages that have embedded vids with no option to download them. Trying to watch a 2 min vid now, it pauses every 15 sec. :disgust

Very annoying to say the least. It reminds me of the sign someone posted awhile back for RealPlayer corp HQ and it has a sign tapped on it saying "buffering".
