Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
 

I'm adding a lot of new links to my sites but my tgp software is chopping off anything after the "&" symbol. I recall there's a replacement for it... something like "%3" but can't remember exactly what it is.

Anyone know? Thanks in advance!
