Not sure if none of you can read, but...

1) Possession would still not be legal, you just do not get put in jail for it, they just fine you.
2) Selling would still be illegal as much as it is now.

Seems to me the whole point of this law would be to decriminalize the people that already are addicted and thus have to get it, by not putting them in jail. And to make it easier to go after the people selling it.

And in the Netherlands its legal to even SELL Marijuana in coffee shops, so thats a major difference to this in my oppinion.

Uhm It's illegal to process drugs in the US and it would be easy to get in Mexico if this law passes.

All in all it looks it will pass after reading several mixed stories.
