What kind of corporations is everyone preffering to form these days?

Answer is to dependant on individual situations, incomes, reasoning, assets, protection needed, one person shows or multiple owners, and all that jazz.

I have an s-corp

I just formed an S Corp. My goal was to separate business assets from personal and reduce my SS taxes.

When I incorporated I did a llc

S-Corp is king and LLC is good if your poor

what is good to form just to have the biz name???

I got myself a S-Corp, one of the best things to do if your making decent money and want to protect your assets etc.
