I mean think about it. You cant get your dick up, your all drugged up, you drive slow, you are almost invisible everywhere you go. To top it all of you are living with other old people! I cant imagin getting old, must suck balls. :disgust

I guess since Im old for this biz (Im still pretty young in my 50s) I would have to say you sure do have a lot of false stereotypes from somewhere - I know 20 year old kids that have trouble "getting it up" and are flying on blue pills to get laid - most of us my age really dont have that trouble unless just like any man, they drink too much and either get up and stay up forever - or just pass out.
I know most my age get bent when we get behind these 20 year old idiots that dont know that the right lane is for us older folks to drive 100 and leave them in the dust - most of us grew up building muscle cars that would put your teeth in the back of your head

As far as sucking - hell Ive got two retirement checks, more income from this and my brick and mortar bizzes than I could ever spend, a nice 5000 sq ft house with a pool and hot tub, about 10 acres out back, a 40 ft RV I can jump in and go anytime I feel like it - and thankfully the only young uns hanging around are all my sons (theyre in their late 20s) college coed friends that want to come over all the time to help out around the house in exchange for using the pool.
Lets see - I get to play on my keyboards, bass and record shit in my studio anytime I want, or if Im feeling creative I just "slowly" mosey on down to my workshop and build something.
Yeah - life really sucks when we get older :)

Getting older doesn't necessarily mean growing stale. I believe that everyone should remember how to have fun. I'm 26 years old and I still play video games, blow bubbles, and any other toy I can get my hands on. Getting older usually means you have more money to buy the best toys :thumbsup

I know people that have spent a lot of time and money trying to be exactly as you describe

I will get discounts on nearly everything.
I will not get shit for passing out in the recliner at noon.
I will wake up earlier and go to sleep earlier.
No one will question me if I am seen with an open beer at 9am.
I can go camping with a buddy and nobody will have any brokeback mountain thoughts about it.

What got me thinkin is that my dad is turned 55 resently and all of a sudden he has to watch what he eats and take medication for fucking colostral!? He is not even fucking fat. He doesnt do nearly anything he did with me when he was 40. I dont care what you guys say, being old suck.

i guess if your old and in great exceptional shape it doesnt REALLY suck, but still.. being young is better
