Looking to Buy a Section in Western United States

I?m looking to buy one section (640 acres or 1 mile square) of UNDEVELOPED land (no utilities, no roads, no nothing) in the western United States. I am considering anything terrain and vegetation wise. Trees would be nice. Bodies of water would also be nice. But I am open to about anything for the right price.

Extra consideration if full mineral rights can come with the deal. I?m not looking for anything smaller, there is tons of that on eBay as it is. I?m not looking for BLM land or any of that crap, either.

Anyone selling? Contact me with details.

i dont get how this is suspicious in any way.

some western states you will have a lot of trouble finding undeveloped land that still retains its mineral rights.

i would only go washington, idaho, oregon, or utah. all still have lots of open isolated land for sale. Wyoming and montana do too. but very little has mineral rights. and most of it is still a little too isolated for me. that and its always windy in wyoming. :)
