I need to pay someone 2000$US by western union ( http://www.westernunion.com ). I cannot send him myself because only americans can send cash by western union online, and I am canadian.

If you could do it for me, I would send you a wire tomorrow of 2250$, so you would get 250$ fast.

I cannot pay him tomorrow because he needs to get the money tonight (before midnight). And all the offline offices are closed right now.
