No cracks about me being in law school and asking a legal question, i don't know anything about this matter and I believe some of you would.

So i was with this girl for 3+ years, we were going to get engaged in a month. Saturday she broke it off with me because she "wasnt happy". naturally i knew this was a crock of shit, as many of you told me here when i posted the thread about it. I looked into her myspace. and she has been dating this guy who she met through her best friends boyfriend for about two weeks. Looking at her e-mails, she fucked him at some baseball field last night.

Now here's my dillema - I registered her name as a domain name , and I intend to post these emails along with commentary on them. What legal action would be able to be taken against this? it's not slander, because it's all true.

I have no legal advice, but if it's all true, I say do it.

The emails belong to her and the recipiant and were not sent to you. You gained access to them somehow and it could be considered theft and or some sort of tapping. You could in theory get your ass in a sling.

Just get over it and let it go man. Find a new woman and hopefully one that will not cheat on you, it is a better use of your energy.

Put a quote at the top ...

It all depends on how you got the emails. If they were on your computer that you own, you have a better chance of not being in trouble, but if they are from her computer or you hacked into her account online, she can actually press charges against you.

Legal or not, you need to get over it and move on instead of harboring hatred. She may be a little cheating bitch that deserves every bit of what you want to do, but she isn't worth your time. Say that to yourself. "She isn't worth my time." She isn't.
