What happened in the AOL incident? It seems to cut off after asking for the last 4 digits of your billing card. Was that the end or is it cut off?

Veoh gives you 3 min of flash preview, then the idea is that you get the whole video via their player (like a Tivo)

anywhoo...

After 3 days, we finally got through to a US rep in their fraud depatment. (his last 4 digits were wrong in their system due to him paying through Time Warner...and there is no work around for that situation)

They were able to get enough info to believe us and re-set his account. whew!!!

Thank you! that was my brother. He is fucking FUNNY. When that played live at the webbies, that line killed.
