I just made a reply in a thread that got me thinking.

Any of you have old pics of girlfriends naked? Well I was thinking sometime ago, sitting here high and paranoid hehehe, about all the wild high school parties we had... the wild naked chicks, the 9 girls in the kiddy pool wrestling in catholic school girl outfits, cept they werent outfits, I really went to catholic School, which is why I am so evil now....

anyway it got me thinking about the pics I had of my girlfriends naked but they were not 18 so I burned them a few months back..., I was not 18 at the time either, so this couldnt be a crime, I mean shit the pics were like 8 years old,...but have any of you else kept these things and then gotten rid of them as I did out of fear of someone confusing this with your profession? No way would I risk ever having pics like this anywhere near my home or where I conduct this Porn Alliance.

I have a drawer that has about 40-50 pics of chicks.. all took when i was high school age...

I haven't thought about them like that.. might be burning some pics myself.. Damn.

It does not matter how old you were when you took the pictures...it only matters how old the participants were in the pictures.

In the last 6 months a kid 16-17 years old was charged with production and distribution of cp because of some photos he took of a girlfriend.

I don't know what the photos contained and don't recall exactly when it was.

I'm not going to debate what is or is not against the law and what you MIGHT or MIGHT NOT get introuble for...but man I wouldn't be discussing this kind of shit on a public board and taking that kind of chance.

Well I couldnt be charged with distribution since theyve been in my fucking senior yearbook for fucking 8 years, im not talking about pics of underage girls fucking or something man, I dont know who you are confusing me with. I dont know what this kid was doing either obviously more than just a couple of girlfriend pics..., please dont compare my simple photos to some kid obviously doing more than just taking a pic of his girlfriend showing him her tits. He was charged with distribution, I have showed no one. And since he's the one in jail and im the one sitting here with a clear conscience, I dont have a damn thing to worry about.

Youre right public debate on a public forum about law is totally a waste of time, but since I have nothing to fear and could not get in trouble, I can really careless who reads this or not.

I'm sure the police have better things to do, then to come down MY PATH and try to raid me for some pics of my old girlfriends..
