Paysite Owners (processign question)
If you have a member who went from Trial to full member and then the processor (wont mention names yet) refunded them the money, do you email the member asking what the problem was or do you just take the processors word that they called and complained and thats why tey got a full refund, (trial and rebill)

I'd get my own merchant account and not have that problem at all.
