Image size resizing program
 

I've been using Ulead Smartsaver pro 3.0 for years, but am looking for a new program just like it.

Must be as small, cheap and just being able to make jpg filesize smaller with the same perfect quality. None beat Ulead yet in my experience, but either they discontinued, or renamed the program.

Any other small, free and easy to use small programs like it?

i like mihov - good tool

Is that for decreasing file size, or image size? We need file size.
