Anyone have a personal chef? Things to look out for, or take note of?
 

Getting ready to hire a personal chef, anyone who currently employ's one, or has in the past - what are some things to look out for, or take note of in a situation like this where he/she will be in your home, and cooking all your meals?

I used to have one, until she started putting strange things in my food........
