What a scary evening! If your a parent, read this!!!

My son and his friend(one was 9 and my son is 10) where playing in front of his dad's house and some girl talked them into going over to her boyfriends house. She pretended to call my sons dad and said he said it was ok. She got them lost so they didn't know their way home and wouldn't show them and wouldn't call his dad. Luckily, his dad found them right before it got dark. The whole thing is so fucking creepy and scary!!! We are reporting it to the police and my ex husband is going to keep an eye out for her and call the police on her as soon as he sees her! My ex husband said the girl looked 12(she came over and played on the trampoline with them) but she told the boys she was 15. She also said her name was Amber, but later told the boys she lied about her name and wouldn't tell them her real name. What a scary evening, just to think what might have happened!!! I hope we've made the boys realize how bad it may have been! It scared the hell out of us! 4 of us where out looking for them for hours! :(

Spunky 04-30-2006 07:10 PM

Yes, we all where! They where there one minute and then just gone. They won't be leaving our sight for a VERY long time!

Joey B. Lo 04-30-2006 07:24 PM

That is very scary. I got an idea, get her real name, when she turns 18 start a sgs featuring her and make millions. She can lure guys back to her boyfriends place and then have her way with them. Next big reality site :thumbsup j/k

Not too funny, after just having to go thru making sure she didn't touch them or make them touch her. :( I'm guessing your not a parent?

Sparks 04-30-2006 07:29 PM

that's a pretty scaring thing to hear for sure...glad everything's alright.

It's pretty scary too that at that age the boys don't know any better.

what kind of fuckin' post is that? The ignorance some people show of this board is beyond.

escorpio 04-30-2006 07:35 PM

Every parent's nightmare. Glad your son is O.K. I'm sure he learned from this.

Obviously not. Just reading that will make any parent's blood run cold. There is no more terrifying feeling than having your child missing. My son is now 17 but when he was 3 he disappeared at a mall for about 2-3 minutes. Worst three minutes of my life.

Exactly! We thought they knew better too! Boys and their freaking hormones!!! I hope we scared the hell out of them, as well as the situation. Tomorrow they will be talking to the police to tell them what happened. It's a scary world anymore! Who knows if this girl was paid by someone or what?

Very true!!! At first,:( at this age we just thought they'd gone to the store or something(which they wheren't suppose to do) but after a few hours of all of us looking for them, we where all scared as hell and about to call the police!

xNetworx 04-30-2006 07:43 PM

For the record I wasn't trying to be insensitive with my Pulp Fiction post, I seriously believe Kids need to be TERRIFIED to go places with strangers.

chase 04-30-2006 07:43 PM

Damn, girl! I SO hear ya..my son tried to go down the street to help a guy look for his cat..I flipped out and dragged him home practically by his ear...I was thinking, that's a ploy pedos use to lure kids! Turns out I know the guy and his family and their cat really was missing, but it still scared the shit out of me, and I was shocked that my son, at age 11 and wise beyond his years, would even think about going anywhere with anyone except immediate family, and then only after checking with me first. I keep a much closer eye on him now, b/c it can happen in a second!

I'm sure they knew better. A couple 10 year old boys being lured by a 15 year old girl, I can easily see that happen. Hell, grown men do it. I think I've even done it!

Hopefully this will teach them a very valuable lesson at a young age. Don't listen to women! :1orglaugh

Fucksakes 04-30-2006 07:48 PM

after seeing the movie running scared, that made me really sick.

a couple was kidnapping kids and had them in a house all locked up and they drained the bloods of the kids.. i guess they drank that.. it was very gross.

Thanks Rhonda!!! Me too! The things that could have happened, have been driving me crazy thinking about it and scares the hell out of me!!! I just want to make sure the boys have learned how serious this could have been. We are hoping having them talk to the police tomorrow will help that much more!

Trixxxia 04-30-2006 10:11 PM

Oh man - I'd have gone nuts! I could just imagine what was going through your mind. Well thank heavens everything turned out ok! Still sounds a little fishy that she didn't want to give her name and all that.

I hope they learned their lesson now.
