no I can't do shit with graphics.. I would love to learn though if anyone has any very very very simple tutorials..

That's a very simple effect - shit that reminds me i should clean my fleshlight

filter,distort,polar coordinates. (i think) :)

use extract to knock out your photo,

use the stroke layer style on it,

place it on the background, which was probably made in Illustrator...

The background is a radial blur (the orange) behind a bunch of triangles that were duplicated, then a slight twirl filter was put on them.

Can I have the long version with a flash illustration please on a 500 page example with diagrams... thanks in advance..
