Here's the receip

Mocha Ricotta Creme

1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanila extract
1 package sugar substitute
dash espresso powder
5 mini chocolate chips

Mix together the ricotta, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sugar substitue
in a dessert bowl. Serve chilled w/ a dusting of espresso powder and
sprinkled w/ the nini chocolate chips.

Serves 1

I've been going to the roller derby shows here on Long Island and the crowd is 100% an inked nation type crowd ... the kid that runs the site works next to my office and his wife is a skater and runs the league ... That GFY is made out of our world famous desert called "CacaDelGato" due to its resemblance to cat shit, but it was all done with lots of love, he hehe!
