first mistake was taking my first dost of gfy-oids :|

not being able to manage my time smart is a mistake i made early on and try to avoid now with keeping tabs on everything. I keep track of my entire day and schedule everything out now not like i did years ago lol

Time management and going into biz with a Model and thinking she could act professional and not emotional ... you live and learn

Giving up my paysite in 1999; just when things were set to explode. duh!

Lesson: If something is not losing you money, hang on to it. You never know when the timing is right, or you gain the skills to really make it successful.

gambling with the money I earn :(

my biggest mistakes:
buying a Hummer H2 and drive it in berlin (1.30 euros per liter fluel)

Driving 317 miles and pay 286,90 euros.

not reinvesting most of what i earned back into the business :(

Pissing away all my money on hookers and blow

Not buying a house earlier.
Spending stupid money.
Buying a Denali(it got stolen)

My biggest mistake is reading stupid threads on GFY that don't do anything to furthur my empire..

As I understood the main mistake was not reinvesting money back into the business. :error

Most of my mistakes are caused by beer, so i don't drink anymore

think one of my first mistakes when turning 18 was not to follow the advice of my uncle and invest with him in properties in the middle 80's, many of those properties currently are at 500-700% of there value from 1985 :(

top three mistakes would be not takig this biz seriously,lack of time mangement and giving up.

I don't remember i did any really big mistakes.
It's not that i never comitted them, just try not to remember not to get upset.
In fact my big offence is that i am lazy.
That is not a mistake, right?

Top three mistakes?

1 - not sticking to my guns
2 - getting a partner when I didn't need one
3 - not getting lawyer in the end.
