Have you tried the Body Bare? I just got one a few months ago, and I love it. I am Latina, so my hairs are very coarse and thick and I have still had zero problems with patchy shaving or red bumps, or ingrowns since I started using it.

Is it a product or a machine? I will look into that.

It's a shaver. I do have to use it daily, but it takes no time at all, and it has never pinched me, and, like I said, I'm hairy, lol, so I have to get in all my nooks and crannies to stay smooth, heh. You can use it to keep the boys trimmed up, too. Trust me, guys with shaved nuts get more head.:thumbsup

Because I don't like stubble. My wife does a GREAT job but it's a pain in the ass every day to have to shave.

It also makes my nuts itch when the hair grows back, again, a pain in the ass to shave every day.

I mean, WHY do we need hair anyhow? We have evolved far enough we don't need it to stay warm or keep the flies off. I think it will eventually evolve out, but we're talking about a million years ..

..so in the mean time, I SURE would like to find a permanent or semi-permanent solution.

I was thinking .. if you get the root, that's the end? Evidently not..

.. but, does that SAME hair follicle grow back or is it a replacement hair? Because if it's a replacement, eventually waxing should get them all. Right ?

Shaving leaves redness and iritation. Waxing lasts longer. Roots come out with the hairs... I personally wax my pubes, because shaving gives me jock itch.

Does it hurt? Yes, but all at once. It's worth it: lasts longer, and is much less annoying in the long run than feeling the razorburn all day every day for three weeks.

I wax. It lasts a few weeks and even though it's a little more painful, it's much more convenient and looks much better. I'd never go back to shaving.

If you want permanent, it will probably have to be laser. But I agree... no way in hell I would have that done in Mexico, lol.
