Do you like garlic?
I love that shit! It's like crack to me! I put garlic or garlic powder on almost everything.
I just cooked some pasta sauce and added whole cloves of garlic and whole baby portobellas. Yum!!! Just have to wait for the pasta to finish cooking now. |

Ohhh that'll be killer in your pasta... I roast up two whole bulbs and squeeze ALL of it in with some butter, cream, and parmesan. Killer roasted garlic alfredo sauce. God I'm hungry!

Take a full bulb, sprinkle some pepper and romano cheese on it. Cook at 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Pull out and enjoy. The garlic gets so soft and its so damn good. Just don't try to make out with anyone. |

Garlic has magic powers. A friend on mine had high blood pressure and ate garlic every morning and it went down. Every time I get sick I make garlic necklace and in 48 hours im ready to go?

I use garlic, when i cook baked chicken and soup . It smells fantastic mmmmmmmmm
And in winter we have to eat it usually not to be sick. |

I can handle a mild hint of garlic, like in a roast, but I can't stand it as a predominant ingredient. The aftertaste is the worst thing, try drinking lemon soft drink after you've had garlic... it tastes horrible and bitter. :(

i remember the first time i ever made lasagna, and the recipe said for 4 cloves or garlic and not fully understanding what a clove was i put in 4 full garlics...needless to say it was practically uneatable :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

ya... garlic fucking stinks, but i can't seem to go more than three days without craving a clove of it.. raw.
makes me fucking stink for at least 24. good thing i stay indoors mostly and have no need to impress anyone. garlic pills dont cut it. i dont know why. sometimes i manage to break the cycle and i go months or a year or two without eating any garlic (that i am aware of). but once i taste raw garlic i am back to craving it again. i wish i understood why. it's my body that wants it -- not my mouth. it fucking burns and reeks. |

Ive always loved it being brought up Italian - my grandmother would fill the house with smells of garlic and tomatoes every Sunday
After I had my heart attack a few years ago, I started eating it again, and it took away a good percentage of the chest pains I would get, as well as reducing my blood pressure amazingly - Im also one that has a stomach reaction to it - so Tums gets used a lot cause I aint giving up the garlic cloves |
try stuffing 4 or 5 garlic heads under the skin of a roasting chicken
then cover with rosemary yum |
