the alleged consipirators loaded up wtc7 with enough explosives to "pull" the building without anyone who works in the building knowing/noticing.

then they DID NOT choose to "pull" the building until after the shit storm.

then the fire chief calls silverstein to tell him they can't control the fire, then silverstein- obviously a decision make in the conspiracy tells the chief to go ahead and "pull" wtc7

then silverstein reveals the conspiracy in an interview.
