I don't know but i would say Dog Barking right now. My neighbour just got one, barking all day and i think i'm close to kill that dog and ship it to a chinese restaurant. I really hate dogs.

If somebody used a "device that hurt their ears" on my dogs, I'd use a device that punches you in the face back in kind. On the other hand, if somebody came over and told me my dogs were annoying them with barking, I'd do whatever I could to make sure it stops. :2 cents:

I'd much rather have you for a neighbor than one of my previous ones then. They left their dog (which was in a too small space and rarely let out) to bark all day. And I am not exaggerating. When I tried to speak to them about it, I got told it was "too fucking bad if I didn't like it." I looked at those devices, and decided I shouldn't have to pay that much money so their animal would shut up. So I started just calling the cops every time it started, which was daily.

That's the way to go about it. It's rude to let dogs bark their asses off all day whenever they want and I'd never allow it. I hate when people are dicks to their neighbors though, I mean, you all have to live close to each other.

As far as people that keep dogs in small spaces with no exercise or what not, they shouldn't own dogs plain and simple. :2 cents:

Agreed. :) On all counts.

I grew up in the country, and had dogs that just got to run free, unless they started fucking with my grandpa's cattle.

I'd much sooner have a neighbour that realized on their own (and right away) that their dog's barking was annoying - and did something about it instead of waiting for a neighbour to come over and say something.

Agreed, and I take great pride in being a responsible dog owner, not letting them run loose or annoying the neighbors. Sometimes things happen though when you're not at home, or otherwise just don't notice. It's those cases when a helpful word or two from the neighbor comes in really handy and goes a long way to helping solve any problem that might be happening. :2 cents:

I have a neighbor who's dog barks all the time. Apparently, they've been asked nicely by other neighbors, had the police called on them, to no avail. At least if a my dog is barking or a child is crying in my house it can be handled -- there's not much I can do about a shitty neighbor with no respect for others.

I believe that listening to a dog barking like an idiot is worse then a child crying. I hate people who have dogs that bark at completely nothing at all. And if a child is crying for not reason at all its because the parents are total morons and you should get mad at them for not making their child stop crying.
