Why are some clubs exclusive?

Just a way to keep out the unwanted.

People were using it to boost thier post count or something like that.

Well... after spunky got a few thousand (a small exaggeration but not by much) posts tacked onto his post count by having a huge ass thread in a secret forum that only he posted in....

It was 165 or so..I'll ask the mods to remove it from my post count if it will make you feel better..atleast get your numbers right

I think Stuart's post says more about how fucked up perceptions are than why some forums are restricted to certain individuals.

I have no problem with places on the web being restricted. I do, however, have serious doubts about individuals who pride themselves of quantity vs. quality; unless you're talking about those stupid half-egg plastic gifts you get out of the quarter machines outside supermarkets -- those mass-manufactured things actually serve a purpose.

They just moved it. I just posted there and it worked fine.
