SmartThumbs Question
 

We have a dilemma and we may need some help. We will be adding a new site to the team and we want to sell the top 20 spots. The problem is, the current smartthumbs set up will drop un productive thumbs/galls. Being paid spots, they can not drop. Does anyone know a way to modify the script so that we choose a determined amount of galls to rotate within a determined amount of rows?

there is a paid spot thing in smart thumbs i havent used it tho asking bepe would probably be the best idea im not sure exactly what your trying to do.

Didnt know there was that option. I dont use ST on my sites...wouldnt the site owner be aware of this option?

Yep I am reading this. What we need is to be able to have the top 20 thumbs stay static for 1 day at a time. We need to be able to load 30 galls into the script and then have 1 listed per day for 30 days without having to manually update the site daily.

So, essentially if a client buys a top spot in the 1 - 20 range we need to have that client's galls stay there day after day for 30 days with a new gall displayed each day without having to manually update the site daily.

If anybody knows this please hit myself or Ray up or if someone from SmartThumbs reads this please hit me up on Monday morning to find a solution for this.

Smartthumbs has a spot system.
You can sell any thumb spot on your site..you tell Smartthumbs what spots are for sale and set the price per day or per clicks..
there are a few types of spot you can sell

1. per day fixed position spot
2. per day dynamic position ranked by last click
3. per xxx clicks fixed position spot
4. per xxx clicks dynamic position ranked by last click
5. static text link per day
6. text link per xx clicks

When some one wants to buy a spot they login to their account were they deposit money to buy spots with.
They can than choose what spot to get, how long or how many clicks..
if days/clicks are served the thumbs will disable and the spot is open for new orders..

Everyting is fully automatic..

So essentially a client can dump in 30 galleries and 30 thumbs and a new one will be displayed each day for 30 days? Or do they have to put in a new gallery and thumb each day?
