Just got my new cell today Samsung T809
 

At first I was happy, it's unlocked, but everytime I shut off the phone I lose all my saved options (ring tones, wallpaper...) Thank god for my SIM card so I haven't lost my contacts....I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that's it's a "T-mobile" phone and I'm using it as a fido customer....:helpme

Is that the new samsung slide thing..it looks hot...i want one but are they work it..I like samsung a lot and only get those phones cause the userface is nicee.

ive had the phone for a month, i like it but the battery sucks donkey balls. my settings also remain the same even after i power off.. don't know why that is happening to you

I love it, it's a GREAT phone and I can talk for hours, I just need to figure out why it won't save my info (and that's not my wallpaper, I just found that picture...lol)

(It's tiny it fits in my tiny little purse!)

Are you saving your settings before turning it off? Silly question I know, but gotta ask ... :)
