Here's the deal, we're looking for someone to make and submit galleries daily. This can be done with chameleon submitter, dream submitter, by hand, or whatever you prefer.

We will provide you with the following:

Reliable Hosting
Full Use Of All In House Content
Domains
Submission software of your choice

All we ask is that you keep up with the pace of designing and submitting one gallery per day at a minimum, and that you follow our specific guidelines of sites that we want promoted.

We will pay you $20 per sale generated, this will cover our costs of software and bandwidth, and will give you the ability to use whatever you can that we have to offer on in house work.

You're on a dedicated server uncapped, and you have the ability to do whatever you want with whatever content we have available... $20 to start is $5 per sale lower than what you would get paid on your own dime... We provide you with everything other than the labor of creating and submitting the gallery.

They need to throw in the hosting... that would probably make it worth it.. especially if you ahd another IP and could still do your own work.... other than that, you are better off doing your own submissions.

Most sponsors will give you free hosting and full access to content these days. So you're really talking the cost of the domain (less than $10) and the submission software (Advanced Submitter - $98 or approximately $8/month). All that for the right to drop $5/sale? Anything more than 3 sales/month and the affiliate is losing money. Surely you don't convert that poorly. So yes, it is a bad deal.

You might consider INCREASING the payout for select affiliates by $5. You might have better luck with that.

Our pop up free trials pay $20.00 this is not being deducted the $5.00 per sale, so if someone used that then it would be even steven I guess...

Revshare hosting already deducts money per sale, most other sponsors require a minimum sales number to use their stuff, we just want you to send the traffic and keep it going... If someone proves to be a valuable affiliate I would gladly raise their payout, I am not saying this is not negotiable, this is a base starting offer...

most of these stupid ass afifliates want you to wash their car for them and go grocery shopping too.

ignore them. freeloading will get them nowhere other then where they are. submitting galleries for the rest of their adult careers.

i would suggest a salary position with a weekly quota they had to meet or they get shit canned.

I have a similiar deal with three sponsors right now. None of them ever told me I had to maintain a certain number of sales/month. They just asked how much bandwidth I needed and set me up accordingly. I've had no problems with any of them.

I'm just letting you know how I would read the offer as somebody generating 3-5 sales/day for you.

It would be a good deal for a newbie starting out because you essentially set them up for free. And they probably would do best starting out trying to generate free trial sales.

There are plenty of sponsors offering that. Except they pay like $30-$35 per sale. And you might need to use your own domain but that's like $8 or so... rest is free...

We already have 12,000+ affiliates man... I want someone that wants to work hard and not have any overhead on their end to submit galleries for us.

They won't have to worry about 2257, content costs, hosting costs, or anything else, aside from getting the content from the servers, designing and submitting a gallerey, and keeping track of what they are doing right and wrong, we will also be devoting our time with them to help them perfect their techniques with our sites, and possibly even make changes to our sites to reflect what should be changed to make the traffic work better on trial signups, this is a great offer, if you don't want the offer, then keep doing what you're doing... This offer is not for everyone, only those who want to step up to the plate and work a bit to make some money with the bonus of using all of our resources..

Whatever else you are "offering" there is a natural for many many other programs. Maybe not changes to the paysites but hmm.. seriously, if someone sends you sales and shows you a change that might increase sales, I'm sure you'd make the change no matter what kind of affiliation you have with him ;)
Apart from that, it's gallery submitter. It's not rocket science. Not much is needed apart from content and hosting.

Just for future reference maybe you should fully understand what the offer is, or ask if we can give something else in addition before you make your reply about what the offer lacks if the item you think is lacking is already listed.. mistakes happen, we're all human..

You seriously want somebody to work for you for $20 sale and not even revshare? If you are willing to teach a beginner it's ok - for a few month, but you will never find somebody who's submitting galleries already...

You guys all make me laugh, if someone is experienced enough with what they are doing they would not need to use free hosting...

This IS for someone starting out wanting to generate some traffic that at least has the basics down....

good deal to work for pk, but only thing designers might see as they charge 35$ per gallery so if they are submitting 1 a day, thats over 1k lost in design fees. but other than that, its a good deal.

Once the gallery is submitted it has the potential to make alot more than $35, It's not like they get only one signup per gallery, we're talking much more down the road..

say we network galleries, make free sites with hubs, etc.. the possibilities become much greater than JUST designing a gallery...

I think if you targeted this offer towards newbies it would do great. If you get a good number of people to take you up on the offer and make them go through an online course of some sort, you might end up with some productive affiliates.
