That's right folks !

Barring hijack or other nefarious catastrophe, I arrive in the fair city of Los Angeles at the most non-convenient time of 7.00am next Friday 5th May - my birthday.

Should clear Customs and what not by about 8.30am (anticipating LAX being painful as usual) I then have like a 3-4 hour layover in the smoggy city until I have to be back for my flight to Seattle at 12.30pm....

I will have a boarding pass already, as my airline tickets me all the way through (and my bags get checked all the way through), so I can be back at the airport at 12 noon and be good as gold.

Anyone suggest somewhere and/or wish to join me for the 4th leg of my 39th Birthday Magical Mystery Tour Celebrations... breakfast/brunch in Los Angeles...

I start with my favorite Brekky Creek steak dinner with family and friends in Brisbane the night before on the 4th, followed by hitting the tiles at some clubs in the Valley (bringing in the birthday in true CuriousToyBoy style) and then Hilton Hotel breakfast before hitting the airport for my midday flight. The wonderful vadaries of the International Dateline then have me land in LAX 5 hours BEFORE I actually left after a 14 hour flight.

So who's up for a bit more CTB party overkill ?

Actually, double checking shows that my LAX - Seattle flight doesn'y go until 1.45pm, so I don't need to get back there to LAX until 1.00pm.

Worst case out of LA Customs means like 9.00am, so I have a solid 3-4 hours to play.
