*DRAMA* Hey NastyDollars, WHY is MY [email protected] address being spammed?
I registered with your program and selected a unique email address of [email protected] . Over the last week i have been receiving about 10 porn spam messages per day to that address.
Did someone hack your program and steal your lists? If so you'd think those idiots would be smart enough not to spam other webmasters. Here are the headers and actual spam message Return-Path: <[email protected]> Received: from blah.blakc.com (ANancy-152-1-86-2.w86-204.abo.wanadoo.fr [86.204.241.2]) by blah.domain.com (8.13.4/8.13.4) with SMTP id k3SD1Lva048443 for <[email protected]>; Fri, 28 Apr 2006 09:01:23 -0400 (EDT) (envelope-from [email protected]) Date: Fri, 28 Apr 2006 09:01:22 -0400 (EDT) Message-Id: <[email protected]> From: "csksm" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Content-type: multipart/mixed; boundary="----------=_44521225.9AF49E73" Subject: *****SPAM***** SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT ghetto babe fucked and turned into horny bitch X-Spam-Flag: YES X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=15.3 required=5.0 tests=DNS_FROM_RFC_ABUSE, DNS_FROM_RFC_POST,FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD2,HTML_BADTAG _50_60,HTML_MESSAGE, HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG,INFO_TLD,MIME_HEADER_CTYPE_O NLY,MIME_HTML_ONLY, RCVD_IN_XBL,SUBJECT_SEXUAL,URIBL_JP_SURBL,URIBL_SB L,URIBL_WS_SURBL autolearn=failed version=3.1.1 X-Spam-Level: *************** X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.1.1 (2006-03-10) on blah.domain.com X-UIDL: R2"#!J!4"!?MX!!*h5!! http://progresive.info/spunk/farm.html Horny studs pull it for what they?re worth in the shower =6405B47BFB143B3B0B844A0A055ABA4909CAAA8A9978E8A9E 85F84081F0F= Chick fucks with her university teacher Horny anime maid in hardcore action Blowjob black cock |
if they were smart enough not to spam other webmasters why would they 'hack' a webmasterprogram?
|

I would recommend using nastydollars123-xx123@blablabla
Im sure you wont have any problems |

Thats not the problem. I signup everywhere with addresses like that and so far ND is the only program's email i'm getting spammed on. |
Not exactly the first time a sponsor sells their lists...

Yeah but selling a list of webmasters as porn buying surfers is kind of risky dont you think? |
If this is the first time it's happened to you, you must be new or have gotten very lucky in your choice of sponsors to sign up to.
I can't even count the number of different sponsor email addresses I've used that had gotten spam to them. It doesn't make it right, or even necessarily mean it's the sponsors fault 100% of the time... but, it's still nothing overly new. |

While it isnt anything new i dont think it should be taken as lightly as people are.
Unlike some people on this board i actually care whether their server was hacked and if my personal information is in the hands of hackers who'll sell it to anyone. |
it happens, it's bad practice but what can you do about it... sucks i hate spam
|
it's ALWAYS the same sponsor mailed behind this. Two posibilities come in mind:
1) they are straight associated with getting the lists themselves with the one or the other way 2) they are the only one left that can handle the heat of such traffic. |
|
I got the same fucking email today, 1 day after signing up
|
this is really hillarious! i can't believe they were about to do this... :1orglaugh
|
They don't post here.... Saying "Hey Nastydollars" is like talking to yourself in an empty room

Without saying that nastydollars did anything, let me say this:
make-money-as-a-porn-god-pimp.com program sells their webmaster list to make-more-money-fool.com, who spams the list. In order to recover their costs for buying the list, they also sell that list to a third party as "opt in valid emails looking for adult material". Then that third party resells it to every spamming monkey on the planet and you get mondo spam. The first program did something not exactly correct but often tolderated in this business. The second company did a little worse, and by the third guy, he doesn't give a crap and just wants to make money. It also happens too if mailings you get from a sponsor have CC instead of BCC in them, as those email addresses could be on a machine that gets hit with malware, which would collect every valid email address string on a machine and send it to the scammers. If you have ever had a back and forth with a sponsor and your machine or thier machine gets hit in this manner, well, then your address is out there and let the spam begin. Alex |
