I do mine every hour

Well if it's not broke dont fix it. But in your case you should build 1 site everyday. I have found if you have one site and update content everyday it's the same as building a new site everyday that you never update.

I should start working more than 45 minutes a day :)

Even better but only if you have archives on your site if not then the surfer might feel like he is missing something when things change every hour.

The XXXRewards sites ONLY get updated 5 days a week. I know. We are lame :)

Nice I always liked karups. Have they been doing this from day one? I know karups been around along time they must have a power house of recurring members.

We have always updated often. We increased the updates about 3 years ago to this schedule. Powerhouse is an understatement.
