I actually don't have a gripe I just didn't want to be the only person on GFY who hasn't started an epassporte bitch thread.

You fucking scared the living shit out of me! I've had no problems with epassporte either, but every day I expect something to happen, since it seems to happen to everyone else. The title of this thread sounded way too alarming for my taste! :)

I guess they can always use the alternative :)

Not funny. Why hasnt someone made a real alternative yet? I dont have the 31337 skills required or I would.

We have a great relationship with epassporte, we sometimes have some small issues but we generally work thru them :)

Very funny I think people forget shit happens with these type of things all the time. I had a war with billmelater For some reason their software kept screwing up and didnt credit my payments. They tell me well you will just have to start paying by check , Im like your a fucking internet based service and cant fix this lol .

Well they're still cheaper than a bank wire I think....which is really your only other option for sending funds instantly.
People got so spoiled by paypal and now they feel as though they're owed the ability to transfer money instantly for free, it just doesn't work that way.


The only "issue" I ever really had with them was the low withdrawal limits. If you have enough sponsors paying you via epassporte weekly, you can't withdraw it all in a week because of the limits.
But really the sponsor payment thing is more for foreign webmasters who have to pay an arm and a leg to cash a U.S. check.

Never had any problems with my account (touch wood).

Can't get any better, for $.25 to send money. Maybe the $2.00 fee per withdrawal but Paypal took $3.86 from a $120 payment i received. Epass is much better. imo

Just raise the limits, supposed to take 3-4 days, I've only been waiting a week so far but it only takes 3-4 days! :thumbsup

I did get the limits raised, substantially.
It still wasn't high enough for us to get all of our money out.
Easier to just get a wire or get your check fedexed.

Actually... I am very optimistic... but I'm also very cynical... makes for an interesting mix..
