Just curious, what are some of the top CPM banner programs for both adult & mainstream?

Based on the following:

- Few hassles

For non-adult google adsense is great, but even they are showing text link ads, and it is much productive, google knows about it. May be it is easy to make small iframe with simple html code, non-scrolling, and place there adult text links, for example from
