OK sponsors with "young" sites or "young" in the site name
 

I'm noticing a trend with these guys with not having 2257 links on the FHGs...as a TGP owner, should I worry about this and not use their galleries? Or is it "safe" to push these gals because they're hosted on the sponsor's server?

I'd say you are safe.. worst case for you is you have to take the galleries down. I woudnt worry.

not eveyone has 2257 on fhg, and when youre 85 then 50 is considered young so I wouldnt worry much, just check the 2257 on their cashsite and solosites make sure it looks ok then youre 99% safe

I am sure it is technically OK, especially if you qualify it by adding: "Young --18+ only!"

Still, it's risky.

It is not something I would want to argue about in court.
