They are not replying emails or it takes them too long to reply. Anyone else seeing the same?

So Jim so no longer with them, they are not replying to emails. I guess they closed or will close the shop soon.

Yeah haven't had any replies from them either but Rick did email me last week so they are still there and maybe had a few days off or email problems.

We just recieved our latest order from them so everything is fine

Have you tried giving Mark a call?

I've been dealing with him for 5-years now and he's always around.
