what do you think the quickest way to drive traffic to "informational"/"authority" sites is? non-ppc, obviously

link building with sites that not only have good PR but traffic

I know my way around it but not really taking on consulting. Have a few sites top 10 for 1 keyword phrases in competitive industries. If it's just a quesiton or two, hit me up and I'll just tell you what I think. Long term I can point you in the direction of some well known SEOs.
