When do you get to sleep?
 

Just wondering as webmasters when does everyone usually sleep? I get about 4-5 hours sleep a night. between 3am and 7am.. I am so fucked up!:helpme

me too man, i post so much i cant sleep anymore :'(

I can't fall asleep till about 6-8am lately. Wake up at 12-3. But tmrw I got to be up at 11 because the freaking maids are coming in and my girlfriend wants them to clean the bedroom. :disgust

I still get around 9 or 10 hours sleep everyday...

i sleep during the night of course ;)

I sleep @ around 11:30 to 12:30 PM.

whenever i get tired...Sometimes I go for days without sleeping usually it's about 3 hours these days.

Usually around 4-5am.....sleep about 5 hours. Good to go.

i used to go to bed past 02.30 AM
now i had a burnout and now i go to bed at 22.30 :)

It used to be 4 hours max for years.
Now it's more like 6-9 depending on what time I go to bed. I still get up at 7ish regardless of the time I went to sleep. Get work done. Take a nap. More work.

usualy after the sun comes up i go to sleep til around noon

Between 3am to 6am. I'm usually up by 10:30 no matter when I get to sleep.

I get up at 6 am every morning. Too much shit to do.

I used to go to sleep at 3AMish but now I try to get up earlier so it's more like 1AM now.

4AM-9AM Then back to the PC

yea me too, then i get up around 11-12... i sleep quite alot

10:15 AM here and still havnt slept... will probably crash within the next hour or two...

Sure, that's more sleep than your average webmaster, but honestly.. without it, I wouldn't get as much work done during the day.

I know, it doesn't make sense... but more awake hours means less work if I don't have a well rested mind to do it with.

Lately anywhere between 10pm and 1am. Depends on what's playing on the television.

sleep from midnight till 6:45 on weekdays. weekends usually midnight-1 and sleep till 8 or 9
