I wouldn't be surprised if the families won.. There are a lot of down right ridiculous lawsuits being filed where the plaintiffs are winning or getting a big out of court settlement.

Someone on here had some lu-lu's listed a week or two ago.

I still can't get over the McDonald's coffee deal.. that was a yell to anyone who wanted to sue for anything to go for it..

There were two gals who sued a computer manufacturer after they got carpel tunnel syndrome. They said that the manufacturer didn't warn againt this happening.. They got $5,000,000... go figger...

Some phone sex girl in Florida sued her company because of CTS. Her argument was that she got CTS from playing with herself so much, which she "needed" to do in order to be good at getting the guy off. I think she won too, it was a while back.

I'm going to sue my parents for the bad genes they gave me. Those bastards!
