I went through all epassporte promo pages like these:

but didnt find anything.

Go to account, show transaction details, and see how it is listed there. Often it gives much more info than the email does.

The problem is that in the transactions details its written as
"Payout 03/16/2006 - 03/31", no info more. In email there is at least username
"hb_epp".
