Welcome aboard, have not delved into the single site biz but depending on the amount of content, look of person featured on site, can do very well. Big thing is keeping constant updates and also have (I take your wife) communicate with the members(ie, cam shows, daily diary, etc...)

how much is it worth for what? To resell? Or to open your own paysite? That all depends on your wife and what type of content you are shooting really. But let's be realistic, any webmasters that are going to run your site for you are going to want a CUT of all profits. The only thing I can recommend about your content is don't dilute it by selling it or submitting it to a million multi girl sites, stay exclusive. So if you are both ok with that, then just make sure you get a contract with any webmaster you work with otherwise you are leaving yourself open to be screwed.

Word to the wise... Follow the advice that someone posted earlier and visit cozyfrog.com/cozyacademy.com there is a wealth of info there and to be honest you should make sure you have a bit of understanding before you leap into any partnership with webmasters who are jumping all over this thread. I'm not speaking about anyone directly because I don't know any of the people who have responded, I'm just trying to give you some sound advice, you are NEW and it can be a good thing or a bad thing. As already posted by some other board members, the amount of content and regular updates are really important to keep your site attractive to possible clients.
In my experience, the website design with amateur sites is not that highly important.
