Webmasters promoting 100+ sponsors, how are you managing your accounts receivables?
 

Stats Remote is heaven; but what other automated tools are you using to actualy track and date payments?

not automated. I use Excel. LOL

Already looked into Excel. I don't think excel has scripted spreadsheets with due-date, receipt-date, past-due warning options. Would be a headache to micromanage all that information. Checking out some billing management tools online. Was just curious what the community here has found useful. tee-hee! :upsidedow

I had my programmer script me something that keeps track of it all. Each day I enter in the sales from Stats Remote and then at the end of the day enter all payments from ePassporte, then weekly do the check payments.

At a glance I can see how much is owed and who has paid.

I use excel, takes about half an hour a day :(

Step 1 for you is to have a website.

I keep it all in my head.. I don't promote sponsors that don't pay...

(since i'm here trying to nuke my old nick)

Yeah I'm leaning along that direction. Heading up a custom solution. I have very specific needs, all that bloatware for mainstream is what it is.
