Not the greatest movie every, but a fantastic movie indeed.

The 2 disc special edition have a lot of great info about how the movie were made and the relationship between the actors and why Benicio Del Toro speaks like he does.

Here's an interesting fact I didn't know:


Soze's character was based on real-life murderer John List, who murdered his mother, wife, and three children, then disappeared for 18 years. When he was found and captured, he had started a completely new life as Robert Peter Clark.

Why does Toro speak like that?

Excellent story, some fabulous acting and of course the great ending. I'ts a moving that everyone should watch but it's not the4 best movie ever. How could the best movie ever star Stephen Baldwin? That's just not possible even on Bizarro World

great movie, but not the greatest (imho).

Excellent movie, well built up, great acting.

Ebert actually said it was a bullshit ending, but I disagree, I liked it very much!

I don't normally like these types of movies (more into chick flicks) but I must say this really was a good one.

Hands down it's the greatest.

Yeah one of the best. It's in my top10!

Definitely one of Hollywood's better productions.

Great movie, I still have it on an old vhs I recorded years ago.

I'll have to check the DVD.
