Will high gas prices affect porn signups
 

people only have so much disposable income.
when it is gone it is gone.
do you think high fuel prices will cause surfers to cut back on other things, such as sign up to sites?

I think the opposite. If they can't afford to drive anywhere, they will be sitting at home looking for things to do. People surf porn when at home bored not while out driving. So if gas prices force less driving it increases more at home boredom!

I hope Brock is right, cause they're getting pretty damn high here and expected to go much higher.

Yeah it could very well be a wash. But any time something so fundamental rises, it's rough. Gas goes in trucks, which deliver produce, so prices on that go up.. etc etc etc. Hopefully it won't get TOO high!

People tighten their belts when gas goes up. But, in time, they will get used to the price and will realize that the world is not ending. Then, they break out their wallets and start buying again.

Just what I was thinking

when a whole months worth of porn entertainment is cheaper than a tank of gas, I think you'll see folks buy more porn, not less.
