I want to use this picture of Albert that i found on google as a logo on one of my forums, can i get in trouble for this, how do i find out.

Just put it up, I seriously doubt that anyone will drag your ass into court over one of the most used pics on the interwebs. If anyone complains, just take it down, although I have a hard time imagining anyone will.

I think that pic is now in the public domain because it is so old.

no, this pic was printed at the thousandns of books and other open sources. and it's really old :)

just use it, its all over the place..
