Humor sites are good income if you keep it fresh and you know what you're doing.

hopefully we (College Downtime - www.collegedowntime.com) can catch up to them, although most of that is from their t-shirt company.

I knew it was doing well... but not that well!

when the WSJ did an article about them last year... i think at that point they were making $350k from T-Shirts a month and no where close to that in ad revenue. But they also complained about their inability to attract major advertisers due to some of their more risque content. But I'm pretty sure that has all turned around with the recent movie deal they got.

350k/month is still $4.2 mil, so it sounds like they're expecting sales to double basically. damn impressive!

9 million/year is alot of money that is for sure.


I bet the major sponsors trying to target young audience are forking up the big dollars.
