Hey Harmon, you POS!

I have this nagging feeling that you are lurking here, but are too much of an asshole to own up and fix your fuck up. So, let me give you some incentive.

*Let me just say that many court files are public record. I've found out some very interesting information that would help me tremendously if I filed a small claims suit. I know you have some experience with being on the defending end of one of those, so perhaps you would rather I file one then just pay me back, like you said you would?

Oh, and:

*I have pics you sent me that the wife you claimed not to have probably isn't aware of. I know you have some of me, too, but, hey, I have a site, and my ex-husband, really is my ex-husband. So I don't have anything to hide.

Dude, you know damn well that I need that money. At first it was money I could survive without, because it was meant for Phoenix, which is not necessary to my family's survival, but now my truck needs a $400 repair, (ask Airek, I called him when I broke down in Tampa the other day), and if you weren't such a piece of shit to steal from a single mom, I'd be able to pay for it.

But then, why would you give a flying fuck about my kids when you didn't support your own "non-child" until they threw you in jail for it? Yeah, those pesky public records again.

Don't be a dick. I'm not asking for a gift here; I'm asking for money that belongs to me anyway. You, a man with nearly a half-million dollar house, stole from a divorcee with 3 kids, living with her mom. You can't get much lower than that.

Fucking scumbag.

That sucks chase. Holler if there's anything you might need from me :winkwink:

baddog 04-24-2006 04:54 PM

Stop being the "nice guy" obviously he needs some incentive.

HorseShit 04-24-2006 04:56 PM

didn't you just buy a house?

I forget how much you gave him

dakota1358 04-24-2006 04:56 PM

I see drama

chase 04-24-2006 05:00 PM

I'm renting, actually. I don't want to buy when I'm not sure this is where I want to be. I'm just sticking close to my Mama until she retires.

$400 is the magic number. He's got until next Friday to get it in my epass account: "angelmarie" is the ID. And only that long because I'll be moving and getting my family settled into the new digs. If nothing by Friday, Monday morning I am filing a small claims suit. It's 50% the money, and 50% the principle. People with assets shouldn't take from people trying to establish assets. Well, no one would steal from anyone, of course, but you know what I mean.

I hope you get your money.

Just next time do not put yourself into that sort of situation. You are supporting 3 kids, living with mom, and barely making ends meet and someone with a half million dollar house asks you for 400.00?

Never ever make loans you can not afford to loose.

Thank you. It's definitely been a lesson learned, and it won't happen again.

Very good point if your financial situation is so tight you have no business lending money to people.

chase 04-24-2006 05:08 PM

Yes, I KNOW it was a mistake. It doesn't mean he shouldn't pay me back.

Doctor Dre 04-24-2006 05:10 PM

I could smell scammer on that guy a mile away. He was always a complete arrogant asshole on here and bragged about money. I would never under any circumstance give a loan out to someone like that. You might be chalking this up as a $400 lesson, although I hope you get your money back.

TurboAngel 04-24-2006 05:28 PM

I hope you get the $$ back.

xclusive 04-24-2006 05:31 PM

Hope you get the money that is comeing to you, I can't stand scammers.

dakota1358 04-24-2006 05:53 PM

Sounds to me like someone trying to do a good deed and getting screwed in the end.Unfortunatly this is why people don't help others anymore.Try to help someone even though your not in the position to do it and get scammed by an asshole.
