I dont know what to do about this situation. This girl i met recently and only been together twice might move in with me. She is having a problem with a place to live. I really like her so far and we had sex the second date. She got into a jam with money and cant afford her rent anymore. I dont know how i should act now, is she a roommate or am i dating her? I feel really bad for her situation and i do like her.

Haha. Ok if you do and you allow your feelings and dick to make this finacial choice for you please do the following.

Put together a written agreement.
Have it state she is responsible for half of the rent and bills.
Have it state the rules of the house including inviting people over and so forth.

Then each month give her a written & signed statement showing that you are trying to collect the rent and bill money. Even if she runs a tab, keep adding to it and having her sign. That way when it does eventually end up in small claims she can not fall back on the bf/gf excuse.

Last tip. Look up the maximum small claims suit amounts in your state and when she is close to them get your damn judgement. Do not let her run a tab beyond that amount.

If you really like her, then she should not move in. By doing that you are ruining the chance to get to know her before her problem.

I'd say help her out in other ways if possible.

If you like her, and want to help her and are able to...maybe pay her rent a loan or something. I wouldn't let her move in. It's way to early and she is showing major red flags.

I don't think you know enough about her, is she into drugs? What's the reason she can pay her bills? her age ect.... I would take some time to think about this deal.

She knew about her money problems before you started dating her a couple weeks ago and she most likely is staying with you because she sees you as her meal ticket out of her current financial woes.
