tech guys in here please! got a problem with my i-net connection
 

so i upgraded to a 6mbit connection this month...

but since i upgraded it even seems slower.. the download speed is as it should be but when loading a page it needs longer then with my old connection...

when i ping some page in the console it shows that 9%of the data gets lost on the way...

is it a hardware problem or what ?!:disgust

call tech support, thats what you pay them for. and yes, if all they did was bump your pipe size, then it's probably a hardware issue.
