The U.S. will not be leaving Afghanistan or Iraq until the Iran situation is over and done. That might be a long long while.

Bush and the Middle East
I think we'll be in the middle east until we drain all of their resources. Once that happens, we'll retract and up our security defense to protect ourselves from all of the shit we caused around the world.
|
the next president and congress will be democrate and they will take us into Iran.
and probably a draft too. |

Out of the middle east? Don't think so holmes.
The new American Embassy under construction in Baghdad is larger than the Vatican. The massive embassy, being built on the banks of the Tigris River, is designed to be entirely self-sufficient and won't be dependent on Iraq's unreliable public utilities. The 104-acre complex ? the size of about 80 football fields ? will include two office buildings, one of them designed for future use as a school, six apartment buildings, a gym, a pool, a food court and its own power generation and water-treatment plants. The current U.S. Embassy in Iraq has nearly 1,000 Americans working there, more than at any other U.S. embassy. |
No; even though Bush is gone. The damage he has done remains. What we have witnessed is Reaganomics
|
nah! Not in a million years!!! lol
