After Shock Media 04-24-2006 11:49 AM

No convictions as an adult.
One conviction as a minor.
One plea down case as an adult in regards to a traffic case.

So I guess it is not entirely clean.

Arrested in 1993 by the U.S. Secret Service for forgery, uttering a forged instrument, counterfeiting, illegal use of federal documents, and unauthorized access into a secured system.

I was young and became friends with a computer hacker that would hack into Equifax and pull people's credit reports. We'd then apply for credit cards under their name and create entire fake identities. The real big no-no was counterfeiting U.S. Treasury checks and cashing them under fake names. We had apartments under different people's names and would order stuff and have it shipped to the different apartments. Back then the security wasn't nearly as good as it is now. One day I went out and cashed over $40,000 worth of checks and ended up at the car dealership and bought my girlfriend at the time a brand new Mistibishi 3000GT Twin Turbo and paid in cash (not the smartest thing in the world to do), but then again, I really didn't think of getting caught. I really did have a God complex back and then and felt that I was untouchable.

It all came to an end when the Secret Service raided my place and ceased everything that I owned. I ended up doing 2 1/2 years in Prison and years and years of probation. I learned from my mistake and haven't done one single illegal thing since. What's crazy is that we were all over the news, in the news papers (they called us a "ring") and the most anyone got was 5 years which was pardoned because he got a job working for the Justice Department. We must have done well over $2M in the span of a year and pretty much got a slap on the wrist. If someone robs a liquor store and gets $100 then they usually get sentenced to 15 years mandatory. White collar crime is the way to go. I'm not condoning it, simply stating facts.

clean since i change my identity back in 2002

Tam 04-24-2006 08:40 PM

I was pulled over once about 9 years ago or so for speeding, was doing 55 in a 25 down a mountain, was in a massive hurry. They gave me a ticket and when I went to try and pay it, the idiot cop put down the wrong numbers, they didn't have me in their system and therefore I got out of it. So my nose is clean. That is the only trouble I have ever had with the law at all. Almost 42 and never had any issues, so I guess I am a good girl........... *knocking very hard on wood*. lol

Yngwie 04-24-2006 09:10 PM

sniperwolf 04-24-2006 11:12 PM

i can get dirty in some things..hehhehe

Amysworld 04-24-2006 11:21 PM

Ummm..

drunk and disorderly (arrest... no conviction)
DWI - never do THAT again
over 11 speeding tickets (2 were going over 100 in a 55) - YES! I like to drive fast and yes! I love being a girl - recieved 4 points total from all those.
2 arrests for driving on suspended (I forgot to show up for court for speeding tickets) - PBJs
1 arrest for being in the wrong place at the wrong time (possession and paraphanalia at 18 for marijuana)

Yea, that about sums it up...

BUT IT IS NEVER MY FAULT! lol

Needless to say my record is pretty clean considering. Like I said, I love being a chick. :P

escorpio 04-25-2006 09:11 AM

Charged with assault twice, never convicted.

Interesting article on the lawyer ( Mark Vanderveen) that got me off both times -

Three felonies.. two misd's. All non-violent. Had to work from home.. wound up here. One of the few industries I could work in with this record.. except the NFL or NBA.
